Goal Statement

My short term goal is to blend my business background experience with my IDT education to innovate learning materials for the training and development of the workforce.

My initial focus is on Adult education. Since there is a lack of materials and theories to facilitate adult learning, I would like to dedicate my studies to bridge this gap.

My long term goal is to utilize my IDT education to consult with large corporations to assist them in developing training materials to find solutions to problems in the workplace. The focus of the training would consist of reducing language barriers among employers who speak different languages, training employees in new materials, and merging cultures to minimize the time necessary to assimilate a new culture in the organization.
